This is a traditional from of massage originating from India. A blend of essential oils is applied in conjunction with massage to the upper back, upper arms, neck, face, and scalp. The benefits are relaxation, improved circulation to the head and upper body, headache reduction and better sleep.

This treatment uses a sequence of techniques that is the same everytime. While it is relaxing and works the muscles of the upper body, it is not designed to address knots, adhesions, or injuries - if this is your goal then a "Massage Therapy Treatment" appointment type would be a better fit for your needs.

***Your hair will get saturated with oil during this treatment. Some people chose to leave the oil in for several hours/ overnight as a hair treatment, or you may wash it out as soon as you get home. It will remove easily with shampoo and water, but you probably won't want to be seen in public until you have washed it out!
